Terms of Use

ANOMALOUS ONE
Last updated: October 19, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to AnomalousOne.com, operated under the name ANOMALOUS ONE (“ANOMALOUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review them when using the website or submitting an inquiry.

The website provides information about our business, the MAGNI-FRAMES concept, and potential commercial relationships. These terms concern website use. Separate written agreements govern any manufacturing, development, licensing, retail, investment, or other commercial arrangement.

Questions may be sent to cingram@AnomalousOne.com.

2. Development-stage concepts and product information

ANOMALOUS is developing modular luxury smart eyewear with interchangeable temples. Images, renderings, demonstrations of intended operation, case designs, proposed collections, and descriptions of possible features may illustrate concepts rather than completed or commercially available products.

Final designs, materials, dimensions, compatibility, smart features, charging methods, performance, availability, pricing, and production plans depend on engineering, testing, approvals, and commercial arrangements. References to possible functionality are not guarantees that a particular feature or product will launch.

Website content does not establish that a working prototype has been completed, a manufacturing partner has been appointed, or a featured brand has entered an agreement unless we expressly identify a confirmed arrangement.

The website is not an online order or checkout service. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, reserve inventory, or create a commitment to manufacture, purchase, supply, or license anything.

3. Brand concepts and third-party trademarks

Names, logos, team identities, universities, vehicle brands, and other third-party marks shown in illustrative concepts belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an existing affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or license.

An actual branded collection requires the necessary rights, approvals, and a separate agreement with the appropriate rights holders. A concept image is not evidence that those permissions have been obtained.

Any permitted use of ANOMALOUS materials does not grant rights to use a third party’s marks or to describe a concept as an authorized product.

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

ANOMALOUS and other relevant rights holders retain their respective rights in the website’s content, names, marks, designs, and technology. References to patents or other intellectual property do not grant a license, assignment, exclusivity, or right to manufacture or commercialize any product.

You may view this public website and use materials expressly made available for download for personal reference or internal business evaluation, while retaining applicable notices. This permission does not authorize public redistribution, modification, resale, manufacture, or marketing of products using the depicted designs or marks. Uses beyond applicable legal exceptions or the permission stated here require authorization from the appropriate rights holder.

5. Inquiries and confidential information

Please provide accurate information and avoid misrepresenting your identity, role, organization, or authority. If you communicate on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

Use initial inquiries for non-confidential business information. Sending a message, proposal, design, or other material through the website or by email does not itself create a nondisclosure agreement or other confidentiality undertaking. Confidential exchanges should take place under a separately agreed arrangement.

You retain rights you hold in material you submit. You authorize us to receive, review, and use it as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to your inquiry, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate agreement. Submission does not transfer ownership or grant us a general right to commercialize your intellectual property.

6. Commercial relationships require separate agreements

Visiting the website, requesting information, or submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, exclusivity, brand license, technology license, or investment commitment.

Any agreed program must address its relevant terms separately, including rights and approvals, technical specifications, development responsibilities, production quantities, prices, payment arrangements, distribution permissions, retail responsibilities, and any profit sharing. Neither the wholesale concept nor the ANOMALOUS-managed retail concept described on the website grants rights to a visitor or binds a prospective partner.

Where a signed agreement applies to a specific relationship, it governs that relationship according to its terms.

7. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not:

  • Submit fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or deliberately misleading material.
  • Impersonate another person or falsely claim authority, affiliation, or endorsement.
  • Introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or deliberately interfere with the website or its providers.
  • Harvest personal contact information for misuse or use the inquiry form to send spam.
  • Remove rights notices or present illustrative concepts as licensed products without authorization.

We may take proportionate steps to address misuse, including restricting access or declining abusive inquiries, subject to applicable law.

8. External services and links

The website may link to services operated by others, including our hosted inquiry form and public patent information. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability limitations. A link does not make us the operator of the external service or guarantee the accuracy of all information it contains.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website inquiry information. Privacy information is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing or other uses of your information.

9. Accuracy and availability

We aim to present information clearly, but website content may contain errors, become outdated, or change as development progresses. We may correct, update, or remove content. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

Please obtain current written confirmation before relying on a specification, commercial proposal, availability statement, or permission for a business decision.

10. Website disclaimers and legal limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. This provision concerns the website; any future product or service warranties must be addressed in the terms applicable to that product or service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANOMALOUS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms do not replace applicable consumer, privacy, intellectual-property, or other mandatory legal protections.

11. Changes and interpretation

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires it. Updates to website terms do not by themselves amend a separate signed agreement.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it should apply only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally appropriate. Applicable mandatory law remains in effect.
